She has over the years built excellent and remarkable working relations with governmental, community-based, micro, and small business associations as well as non-governmental organizations to support SME’s development. Under her supervision and mentorship, enterprises have moved from subsistence to growth-oriented, employment-generating, and profit-making enterprises. She is a certified CEFE/GIZ business trainer and an accredited Business Advocacy Service Provider for BUSAC Fund, a multi-million-dollar donor project support for private sector development in Ghana since 2006, particularly for MSMEs capacity building and development. Her interactive techniques of creating the enabling environment for doing business, rendering business counseling/advisory services, facilitating stakeholder engagements, SME’s access to finance, conducting needs assessments, preparing business plans, designing training manuals, and facilitating participatory entrepreneurship training using adult learning techniques ensures the success of her work.

His specific area of expertise spans population and environment while employing an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the interlinkages between drivers of adaptation and environmental change. In addition to his research skills in demography, health, and environmental issues, Anderson has diverse experience in Monitoring and Evaluation; assessing socio-economic and other factors as part of environmental/developmental issues. He also possesses very astute teaching skills and qualities. Dr. Anderson holds a PhD and a Masters Degree in Population Studies all from the University of Ghana.

Angela teaches and does research in sustainable development, community education and development, green cities and environmental development, gender and development, literacy, and lifelong learning. Her keen interest mainly focuses on the empowerment and participation of vulnerable groups in development, environmental sustainability, and lifelong learning. Angela has a passion for combining education with professionalism to empower, transform, and promote lifelong learning among individuals for well-being and sustainable development. She has also worked as a Programme Officer and headed the Curriculum & Materials Development Unit of the Non-Formal Education Division, now, the Complementary Education Agency of the Ministry of Education where she coordinated the development and review of teaching and learning materials as well as training facilitators and promoting literacy programmes nationwide. Her roles at the Division exposed her to working with different organizations such as UNESCO, World Education, MiDA, World Reader, NaCCA, and Ecobank Ghana.

Jones is a multi-functional social and development researcher, a monitoring, evaluation and learning expert, an analyst and a social demographer with over 12 years of multi-sectoral experience in the social development space. Areas of expertise comprise project/programme management, evaluation and assessment, social development research – planning and implementation in development, education, gender and development, social protection, poverty and economic analysis. Jones has worked as the Senior Research Manager for Associates for Change (a social research brand) and Kantar Public Global brand and has also had seven years of experience in public service as a Senior Officer giving me a public/private sector blend of experience. Jones has much experience in qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method approaches to programme/project and skills assessment/evaluation, research and analysis in social and economic development. Jones has led teams in carrying out complex donor-funded, national and international assessments, research projects and evaluations across Ghana and in West Africa. He is an expert in the formulation of programmes and strategic frameworks, project design, policy development, review and dialogue, programme management and advocacy and has extensive knowledge of the socio-development environment in Ghana. Some of his works include serving as a technical expert UNICEF funded project on Mapping of skills development programmes for children and adolescent girls and boys in Ghana, research, monitoring and evaluation expert/manager in conducting an evaluation of the Social Management Plan (20018-2021) and the development of a 10-year socio-economic development plan for AngloGold Ashanti; Management and Leadership Expert in conducting the pre and post reopening assessment of the impact of Covid-19 on low cost private schools; research and evaluation expert for the MiDA Energy Efficiency and Conservation Curriculum Project, serving as the Data Collection and Analysis Expert for USAID’s Assessment of Low-Cost Private Schools in Feed the Future and RING II Districts in Northern Ghana, an analyst on the World Bank’s ‘Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project’ (GALOP – Social Assessment Component); Research Manager for the World Bank’s Impact Evaluation of Untrained Teachers Diploma in Basic Education (UTDBE) Midterm and Endline Lesson Observation Surveys; the coordination and management of the UNICEF operational assessment of the Ghana School Feeding Programme; the coordination and implementation of GoG/UNFPA 5th Country Programme and the review of the 1994 (revised) Population Policy. Jones is also currently a part-time lecturer at the College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast, Accra Campus. He also has excellent and practical knowledge of Statistical Packages including SPSS. Jones holds a Master's Degree in Population Studies, Degree in Population Studies and a Diploma in Human Resource Management and Project Management and is currently a final year PhD candidate at the Regional Institute for Population Studies, University of Ghana, Legon.

Petrine Addae is a dynamic Economic Consultant and a Social and Development Researcher with a strong background in Public Policy and Research. She has worked on issues related to social and economic development. She is passionate about International Development with proficiency in problem solving, strategic thinking, negotiation and project management. Petrine started her career at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Ghana, where she collated and analysed Poverty Reduction Expenditure data to inform policy decision on social progress. She also joined the African Development Bank, as an Economic Consultant in Tanzania. Petrine has extensive social sector experience having managed African Women Advocacy Project (AWAP). As a Country Director of AWAP, she engaged in advocacy, promoted women empowerment and empowered the youth with skills to self-reliant. Recently, she was the Economic Planning Advisor to the Minister for Planning, where she provided technical advice on macroeconomic related issues. She also recently served as Research Advisor on the World Bank’s Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcome Project at the Ministry of Education in Ghana. She has a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University, USA and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
